Mental Health

If you or someone you know are struggling with mental health, please know you are not alone. If a friend voices struggles to you, remember:

  1. Tell your friend you hear them, but also want to help and need to tell an adult

  2. Ask if they want to go with you to talk to an adult - if they don't want to, that is ok too!

  3. Find a trusted adult and explain the situation

  4. Let the adult handle it from there

  5. Support the friend as needed but also report any continued concern back to the trusted adult

  6. Remember: You are not responsible for your friend’s actions or thoughts
