GIVE TO WHAT YOU LOVE
OUR SVS FAMILY'S 1ST ANNUAL
APRIL 18 -
MAY 1,
2022
The mission of Spring Valley School is made possible by the generosity of individuals who believe in a brighter future for students with learning differences. The purpose of this campaign, benefiting the Annual Fund at SVS, is to invite our most pivotal members of our community - our families - to give back to what you love the most about your student's SVS experience and/or to the programs you wish to see advance in the following ways. Please join us in continuing to grow SVS to be the haven that YOU envision for making strengths count in and beyond the classroom. The campaign comes to a close on May 1, 2022.

STUDENT INITIATIVES
At SVS, we believe in programs and projects that develop leadership skills. Support our aspiring Eagle Scout, Nicholas Wood, so that he can build an outdoor eating patio for SVS students to have a happy and welcoming designated eating area!
Additionally, support our beloved Field Trips so that students cultivate a love for learning in tangible ways beyond the classroom. Your support will benefit travel funds of students who would not otherwise have the means to attend these trips alongside their peers. TOTAL NEED: $35,000
04
TEACHER TRAINING & COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Students do not have the tools they need to succeed if teachers do not have the relevant training and certification. Our specially-trained faculty make possible our programs serving needs for explicit and multi-sensory instruction across the curriculum. SVS provides this initial training, especially in reading and math intervention techniques, to equip and retain highly and uniquely trained faculty.
Your support of Teacher Training & Community Outreach helps reach families and educators throughout the state looking to better serve their students, fund need-based scholarships for outpatient tutoring services, and establish research presentations that will put SVS on the map for ongoing community support. TOTAL NEED: $15,000
05
SVS PRODUCTIONS
Not all students have exposure to drama and theatre experience. Research shows that visual arts link with cognitive growth and promote academic success. Help enhance the overall theatre experience with proper sound and video systems.
TOTAL NEED: $15,000
