About our Staff

HJI employs highly trained individuals to deliver dyslexia screenings and literacy development services. All HJI employees are either graduates of the three-year Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) program or currently enrolled in it.

This rigorous training ensures every individual on our team brings expertise in identifying students who may be at risk for dyslexia, and assisting students who have struggles with their reading and language skills.  Our screenings help identify each student's specific needs, while our literacy development sessions use evidence-based methods to build lasting reading, writing, and language skills.

At HJI, we are committed to compassionate, individualized support that empowers each student to reach their full potential.
