Dyslexia Screening
The Hettie Johnson Institute (HJI) offers dyslexia screenings, conducted by highly trained instructors, for students in grades K- 12 across the state of Alabama who show signs of challenges with reading, writing, or spelling.
Literacy Development Services
HJI's certified language professionals provide literacy development services for students in grades K-12 in-person or virtually, with flexible scheduling available. Services are open to students from any school, and does not require a formal dyslexia diagnosis.
