Visitors should arrive at Spring Valley no later than 8:10 a.m. Please report to the Administrative Assistant’s desk located just inside the front entrance. Lower School visitors will stay for half of the day while Middle and Upper are required to attend the full day.

Any application materials requested and the medical release forms must be received by the date of the visit.   If these materials have been mailed or faxed to the school ahead of time, the Administrative Assistant will confirm this prior to the parent departing.  A completed medical release form must be provided prior to the start of the visit. Any required medications that the applicant needs to take during the visit must be provided in its original container to the Administrative Assistant upon arrival.  Instruction for each prescription is a mandatory requirement. 

A school representative will escort the applicant to the appropriate classroom. 

All school supplies will be provided. The applicant may bring a snack/sports drink for the midmorning break. If the applicant is scheduled for the entire day, a lunch must be sent with him/her. 

The dress code for the visitation is casual. The school asks that you choose to wear beige pants or skirt with a green or white collared shirt. If this is not available, neat casual dress is required.
